“Psycho Cybernetic” Book Review

20170702_193451An incident on Monday 15th May 2017 triggered me to review my relation with the Internet, especially with Facebook, its interaction and my habit of replying in a ubiquitous manner. I was paused by the incident and enforced to rethink in a way of unparalleled thinker. I spent most of the time to rethink and came to in conclusion with few actions to initiate from immediate. Why should I consider excuses if I have not start up, in a contrast I must not manifest any excuse for success-type or winning-feeling. I have already cut the Internet connectivity in my house since last four years back and on the day I had decided to limit even the Internet from mobile data since I was using more than 6-7 GB data per month significantly spending time in professional work at home and social media for replying habit which was also increasing instability and unhappiness in my mind. I have been already limiting the Internet only to touch my official hours deliberately.

After stopping myself using mobile data, I was busy with my few books and thesis. However, I didn’t stop myself and move forward for more knowledge and peaceful mind techniques through and during workplace I found few videos of Vishan Lakhani on the Internet. He linked me with this book – “Psycho Cybernetic”. And after reading this book, I could not find myself as before and transformed differently.
