Seeking chance of failure of technology is a kind of preventing future consequences tensed by technology, the consequences – humanitarian crisis or technology crisis. It is also wide idea to identity potential latent future conflict tensed by digital technology so that we could take measure to prevent those conflicts for better world and smooth technology implementation.
A magnitude of digital technological based on cloud influences in social calendar of persons, society and state living with or without digital technology exposes digital supremacy which is rendering social conversation in new forms – linear conversation, and disruptive conversation. Scheme of conversation makes sense of relations among social actors – state and non-state actors. New media is witness of digital mediation nowadays. Aiming with exploration of framework to compute digital supremacy in terms of social calendar simulation by digital technology and decision-making power in International Relations (IR) aligning social relations among people and society in ground reality, this work has gone through two manifolds – social constructivism reflecting multiple realities generated by digital technology and de-constructive analysis of conversation text with semiotic analysis tool. She was still using same cell phone with text dominating system but color phone which was gifted, second handed, six years ago by his son when he got new one. She showed me the phone and said it was the same phone when we met six years ago. She was using phone only to receive phone calls however she has started dialing from immediate, six years ago, I shared to operate properly. I told my number and she dialed again. Incoming call displaying name of “Dil Kumari Chhetry” on my phone was evidence of media richness using smart technology, for example – smart phone, cloud and the Internet – that I am using. However, she had also my number but it was saved as different name which is unknown to her since she can’t still recognize English script. This is a story of woman – Dil Kumary Chhetry – from Ghandruk which is one of accessible remote areas of Nepal and in line of Annapurna trail circuit. I revisited her in her house with my family in March 2017. I met her six years ago in December 2011 when I was in academic research of e-Government project work for Kathmandu University.
An e-mail, which was going to mark successful work ahead, popped up into my computer in beginning of February 2015 when I have just returned from my university in Rajasthan, India after completing pre-requisite coursework of my PhD. The e-mail was about to submit research paper in international conference in Assam University. I was excited and eager to learn more search work writing papers. I accepted it immediately to gear up my paper.
